PAINT COATINGS
The techniques of creation of different corrosion protection which the first coats are applied:
- AK-070;
- AK-069 + PAP-2;
- EP-076;
- VL-02 , phosphated first coat;
- EP-0215, fuel resistant first coat;
- Enamels: EP-140, oilproof;
- Bandpass filter - 223, for internal works;
- ML -165, hammer;
- AS -1115, HV-16, weatherproof.
Applied methods of deposition:
- Pneumatic;
- Air-free.
Dimensions of drying rooms:
- 3000x12000x2700 mm;
- 4000x4000x3000 mm;
- 2500x3000x2500 mm.
At the enterprise electrotype method is used, allowing to manufacture nickel parts with 9-th accuracy class along the inside faces. With dimensions up to 200 mm.
