Forming-blanking manufacture
The available machinery allows working with sheet details of:
- non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper) and their alloys with st < 50kgf/mm 2 and thickness up to 6.0 mm inclusively;
- ferrous metals and their alloys with st< 50 kgf/mm 2 and thickness up to 6.0 mm inclusively
- ferrous metals and their alloys with st< 70 kgf/mm 2 and thickness up to 5.0 mm inclusively;
- titanium alloys with st< 70 kgf/mm2 and thickness up to 5.0 mm inclusively;
- titanium and other high-tensile alloys with st< 70kgf/mm 2 (VT20, VNS2 and others) and thickness up to 3.0 mm width inclusively.
Rectilinear cutting of sheet material is made by means of guillotine-shears with 5,000 mm max cut length.
Sickness of material:
- for aluminum alloys - up to 7.0 mm thickness inclusively (except for D16AT - up to 6.0 mm);
- for steel sheets (st< 50 kgf/mm2) - up to 6.0 mm thickness inclusively;
- for high-tensile alloys (st< 70 kgf/mm2) - up to 5.0 mm thickness inclusively.
Package cutting of sheet material is made on «BYSTAR» laser cutting machines – models 3015 и 4020 (thickness of ferrous and non-ferrous metal sheets package is up to 20 mm, sheet length up to 4,000 mm and width up to 2,000 mm ); and on NC milling machines - model RFP-2 – (package thickness is up to 15 mm, detail length up to 6,000 mm and width up to 2,000 mm).
Profile production by strips bending, and also different details having straight bend is made on plate-blending presses with effort of 100, 150, 330 ton-forces. The max length of a press plate is 4,890 mm.
Non-ferrous metals bending is made when thickness is up to 6.0 mm, ferrous metals - up to 5.0 mm. Details of unary curvature both cylindrical and canonical forms are made on 3-rolling-quench machine, and large details (shell plating type) rolling is made on the KGL-2 profile-bending machine. Length of a processed sheet on KGL-2 – 5,000 mm, thickness - up to 6.0 mm, the least radius of curving of a sheet - 75 mm. Length of a processed sheet on 3-rolling-quench machine – 1,000 and 2,000 mm, the least radius of bending - 75 and 125 mm, the max thickness - 3.0 mm and 4.0 mm accordingly. When sheet length is up to 10,000 mm and thickness – up to 6.0 mm – rolling is made on the FKB HAEUSLER bending machine.
Forming of sheet parts (shell plating) with dual basically small curvature in a long side direction is carried out on the RO-3M longitudinal stretching - card-mounting press. The largest size of a sheet blank part from a material with yield limit up to 30 kg/mm 2: 8,000 mm in length, 1,800 mm in width, and thickness is design value. When a sheet blank dimensions are 2,560x11,000 mm (thickness is design value) longitudinal stretch-forming is made on the Loire FEL 2x500 stretch-forming press.
Parts of "barrel form case" type with the max sizes 2,850x3,200x3.0 mm from sheets of aluminum alloys are made on the Loire FEKD 300/600 lateral stretch-wrap forming presses. When a sheet blank dimensions are 6,000x6,200 mm (thickness is design value) lateral stretch-forming is made on the FET 1500 stretch-forming press.
Parts of complex volumetric shape with overall dimensions 1,500x800x3.0 mm from high-tensile titanium alloys are made with method of forming on hydraulic press with effort 250 ton-forces with electro-contact heat.
Plane parts with formed elements mainly from aluminum alloys are manufactured on drop forgings presses by the resilient environment with distorting stress of 1000, 800, 197 kg/cm 2, with overall dimensions of tables 1,200x2,000 mm, 685x1,380mm, 1,742x1,190 mm correspondingly. Thickness of parts is up to 5.0 mm, max height of a part bead - up to 250 mm.
Sheet parts of complex volumetric shape from non-ferrous and ferrous metals and alloys are made by forming on plate-forming rammers. The largest mass of the upper stamp is 5,000 kg, the largest pressure tube course -1,400 mm, the largest overall dimensions of a table 3,000x1,500 mm. The max thickness of stamping material is 3.0 mm, in some cases - up to 5.0 mm.
Parts of "aperture" type with beads and ribbings basically from aluminum alloys, with parts thickness up to 5.0 mm, height of a part bead up to 250 mm, overall dimensions of parts - from 1,300 up to 1,800 mm – are made on the YaO 6017 hydraulic press with effort of 24,000 ton-forces, distorting effort of 1,000 kgf/cm 2, overall dimensions of a table – 1,200x2,000 mm.
Parts of "frame" or “stringer” type from sheet and pressed profiles are made on profile-bending stretch forming machines of A-7B type with the max effort of 30 ton-forces. The max length of processed blank from aluminum alloys – 7,000 mm. The stretch forming of titanium alloy profiles is made on the PGR-7M press with the processed plank electro-contact heat.
