Forming-blanking production
The available machinery allows working with sheet details of widths:
- non-ferrous metals and their alloys up to 6 mm
(σt < 50kg/mm2); - aluminum, copper and their alloys - up to 6 mm width inclusively;
- ferrous metals and their alloys
(σt< 70 kg/mm2); - rustless steels, steel 3,10, 20 - up to 6 mm width inclusively;
- titanium alloys (σt< 70 kg/mm2) - up to 6 mm width inclusively;
- titanium and other high-tensile alloys (σt< 70kg/mm 2 (VT20, VNS2 and others) - up to 5 mm width inclusively.
Rectilinear cutting of a sheet material is made by means of guillotine-shears with the max cut length - 5000 mm.
Width of a material:
- aluminum alloys - up to 7 mm width inclusively (except for D16AT - up to 6 mm);
- steel sheet (σt< 50 kg/mm2) - up to 6 mm width inclusively;
- high-tensile alloys (σt< 70 kg/mm2) - up to 5 mm width inclusively.
Network circuit sheet material cutting is made by lamellar stamps at crank presses with effort 160 ton-forces. The max overall dimensions of cut blank part 700x400 mm. Width of non-ferrous metals and their alloys up to 2,5 mm, steel 3,10,20 - up to 1,5mm.
Package cutting is made on NC machines (model RFP-2). Aluminum alloys sheet blank parts cutting is made in a package with width up to 15 mm, detail length up to 6000 mm and width up to 2000 mm.
Profile production by strips bending, and also different details having straight bend is made on plate-blending presses with effort 100, 150, 330 ton-forces. The max length of a press plate is 4890 mm. Non-ferrous metals blending is made with width - up to 6 mm, ferrous metals - up to 5 mm. Details of unary curvature both cylindrical and canonical forms are made on 3-rolling-quench machine, and large details (shell plating type) rolling is made on the profile-bending machine KGL-2. Length of a treated sheet on KGL-2 - 5000 mm, width up to 6 mm, the least radius of curving of a sheet - 75 mm. Length of a treated sheet on 3-rolling-quench machine - 1000 and 2000 mm, the least radius is flexible - 75 and 125 mm, the max width 3 mm and 4 mm accordingly.
Deformation of sheet parts (shell plating) with dual basically small curvature in a long side direction, is carried out on longitudinal stretching - card-mounting press RO-3M. The greatest size of sheet blank part from a material with yield limit up to 30 kg/mm2: 8000 mm in length, 1800 mm in width, and thickness up to 10 mm. Parts of "barrel form case" type with the max sizes 3000x3000x3 mm from sheets of aluminum alloys are made on transversal covering presses (LUAR, OP-150, OP-3). Parts of "barrel form case" from rustless steels and titanium alloys with overall dimensions 2000x700mm and thickness up to 3 mm are made by covering with electrocontact heat of blank part, and parts of complex volumetric shape with overall dimensions 1500x800x2mm from high-tensile titanium alloys are made with method of forming on hydraulic press with effort 250 tons with electro-contact heat.
Manufacture of plane details with formed elements from aluminum alloys is on drop forgings presses by the resilient environment with distorting stress 1000, 800, 275, 197 kg/cm 2, with overall dimensions of tables 1200x2000mm, 685x1380mm, 1220x1830mm, 1742x1190mm correspondingly. Width of parts is up to 5 mm, max height of a bead of a detail up to 250 mm.
Sheet parts of complex volumetric shape from non-ferrous and ferrous metals and alloys are made by forming on plate-forming rammers. The greatest mass of the upper stamp is 5000 kg, the greatest pressure tube course -1400 mm, the greatest overall dimensions of a table 3000x1500 mm. The max width of stamping material is 3 mm, on occasion - up to 5 mm.
Parts of "aperture", "rib", "wall" types etc. with beads and ribbings from a sheet basically of aluminum alloys, with parts thickness up to 5 mm, altitude of a bead up to 250 mm, overall dimensions of parts - from 1300 up to 1800 mm - on hydraulic press Y 06017, effort of 24 ton-forces, distorting effort of 1000 kgf/cm 2, overall dimensions of a table - 2070x1350 mm.
